Member Consortiums

Tolleson Elementary District is a  member of the following purchasing consortiums:

• Arizona State Procurement Office (AzSPO)
• Mohave Educational Services Cooperative (MESC)
• Strategic Alliance for Volume Expenditures (SAVE)
• Western States Contract Alliance (WSCA)

We've signed Cooperative Purchasing Agreements with these organizations in an effort to promote "best value" purchasing and to benefit from economies of scale.
