  • The Tolleson Elementary School Districts utilizes AZPurchasing for its bidder registration. To become a registered prospective bidder for Tolleson Elementary and receive notification of open Invitations to Bid, Requests for Proposal, and Requests for Qualifications, please complete the registration form.

    An IRS W-9 form is required from all firms prior to the issuance of a District Purchase Order. It is not necessary to have this form completed and on file in order to receive bid opportunities. The completed form is only required prior to the issuance of a Purchase Order. You may fax the completed W-9 to (623) 533-3934. or mail to 9261 West Van Buren, Tolleson, AZ 85353.
