TESD Performance Based Compensation System
The Tolleson Elementary School District Performance Based Compensation System (PBCS) has four major components: Individual Growth, Team Growth, School Growth, and Learning Observations. Teachers' cumulative results of four observation cycles will account for 50 percent of the score to be used to determine Teacher Performance Classification. Compensation awarded is based on this Teacher Performance Classification. The PBCS is funded by Proposition 301 and Teacher Incentive Fund monies.
Educators eligible for performance based compensation will include: teachers and master educators.
