    The Tolleson Elementary School District provides competitive salary and benefits which include the following:

    • Teachers: in addition to a competitive base salary are eligible for additional salary from proposition 301 funds, performance pay from proposition 301 funds, and performance pay based on Rewarding Excellence in Instruction and Leadership
    • New teacher mentors
    • Other opportunities for additional pay include extra duty stipends for coaching, sponsoring school activities, tutoring, and holding a National Board Teacher Certification
