Report a Safety Concern

Protecting Our Students. Supporting Our Families.
The safety of our students and staff is our highest priority. At Tolleson Elementary School District, we take proactive steps to ensure our schools are safe, secure, and ready to respond in any situation. Through strong protocols, clear communication, and community partnerships, we are committed to creating a learning environment where students can thrive with confidence.
Standard Response Protocol (SRP)
We follow the Standard Response Protocol (SRP), developed by the I Love U Guys Foundation, to guide our emergency response procedures. This clear and simple approach ensures that students, staff, and first responders use the same language and actions during a crisis.
Families are encouraged to review the SRP documents below to understand the actions we take in the event of a safety concern:

Anonymous Reporting Tool
We want every voice to be heard. Through our Vector Solutions anonymous reporting tool, students, staff, and families can submit safety concerns safely and confidentially.
This tool is designed for non-emergency situations that still require attention, such as bullying, vandalism, or other concerning behaviors.

While we review every report submitted, there are situations where individuals must take immediate action:
-
Emergencies: If you are reporting a serious or life-threatening situation, call 911 immediately.
-
Suspected Child Abuse: It is your legal duty to notify the Department of Child Services at (888) 767-2445 and your local police department.
-
Custodial Interference: These concerns must be reported directly to your local police department.
Our team always follows up on anonymous reports, but we rely on individuals to do their part in emergency or legally mandated situations.
Our Commitment
We are dedicated to:
-
Maintaining safe campuses through training, drills, and partnerships with law enforcement.
-
Offering students a safe way to share their concerns.
-
Responding quickly and effectively to any issue that impacts school safety.
By working together—families, staff, students, and community—we can keep our schools safe and supportive for all.
