Tuition-Free Programs 

21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC)
Available at every Tolleson ESD school, these programs offer a wide range of enrichment activities—tutoring, STEM, arts, and leadership development—at no cost to families. Each site’s offerings are customized to meet student needs and interests.

Additional Care Options

Phoenix Afterschool Center (PAC) at Desert Oasis Elementary (DOE)
In partnership with the City of Phoenix, Phoenix Afterschool Center offers extended after-school care that includes supervised homework time, games, sports, and creative activities.

Tolleson Afterschool Care Program at Arizona Desert & Porfirio H. Gonzales
This district-run program offers a structured and caring environment for students after school. Families can expect activities, enrichment lessons, and time to unwind with peers.
