Tolleson Virtual Academy
Tolleson Virtual Academy (TVA) is a full-time, five-day-a-week online school for children in the second through eighth grades who prefer virtual learning. Beginning August 2023, TVA will serve grades five through eight.
Comprehensive Academic Experience
We offer a comprehensive online academic experience. All of our courses align with the Arizona Department of Education Academic Standards.
TVA includes whole class, small group, and one-on-one instruction as well as one-on-one teacher and student support. Our teachers stream instruction just as if they were in the classroom.
Curriculum
Students enrolled in TVA receive core instruction, interventions, and enrichment based on their interests and performance. They also have full access to all the opportunities across our four campuses as students who attend classes in person.
Tech Equipment
Tolleson ESD provides students with laptops and chargers. Internet safety is a top priority, and student hardware and software include filtering systems to better ensure safety for online learning.
