Human Resources department manages employee relations at The Tolleson Elementary School District. This active group handles and supports everything related to prospective and current employees such as: recruiting, benefits and compensation, and training – just to name a few areas. Established processes are the backbone of this well-run people team and enable the team to:

- Teachers: in addition to a competitive base salary are eligible for additional salary from proposition 301 funds, performance pay from proposition 301 funds, and performance pay based on Rewarding Excellence in Instruction and Leadership
