For over 40 years, Jobs for Arizona’s Graduates (JAG) has served Arizona students by providing programs to prepare them to enter the workforce.

What is JAG?

Jobs for Arizona’s Graduates (JAG) is a non-profit 501(c)3 that partners with school districts, the business community, the public sector, and other non-profits to support and assure the success of its mission. JAG’s mission is to help young people stay in school and to acquire the academic, personal, leadership, and vocational skills they will need to be successful upon graduation.

Middle to High School Transition

Tolleson ESD participates in the JAG Middle to High School transition program. This program was designed to increase high school graduation rates by improving academic, social, and emotional readiness for high school when students are most vulnerable.

This program identifies students at risk of dropping out and provides academic intervention, resiliency, skill-building, and career exploration designed to increase high school relevance.
