Our Welcome Center offers numerous support and services for our students and families in addition to enrolling students in all of our schools.
Services include:

We are proud to host Banner’s Children’s Community Clinic providing caring, compassionate, and free health care services for uninsured students.

Enrollment Support
Our Welcome Center is open, and we're ready to help you register your child at one of our great schools. We want the enrollment process to go as smoothly as possible, so give our Welcome Center a call at 623-533-3980, or stop by the Welcome Center on the Porfirio H. Gonzales campus for assistance.
Enrollment Forms
When you arrive at our Welcome Center, we'll ask you to complete an enrollment form for each child. Our staff is on-site and available to help you through this process.

We can assist you with the forms, or you can complete them prior to visiting our Welcome Center.
Required Documentation
To enroll your child at one of our schools, please plan to bring the following documentation with you to our Welcome Center. We are happy to make copies in our office.
- Official birth certificate
- Legal guardianship documents (if applicable)
- Current immunization record
- Proof of address in parent/guardian name (For example, you can bring a current utility bill, rental agreement/mortgage statement, etc.)
- Withdrawal form and report card from the previous school (if applicable)
- Individualized Education Plan (IEP) if your child requires special services
District Boundaries
Our school district spans from the west side of Phoenix across the City of Tolleson (from 83rd Avenue to 107th Avenue) and from Thomas Road on the north to Buckeye Road on the south; yet we welcome students and families from across the entire valley.
Kindergarten Early Entrance Program (KEEP)
For children potentially ready for kindergarten who will not be five years of age by August 31 but will be five years of age by December 31, please ask about our Kindergarten Early Entrance Program (KEEP). Please call our Welcome Center at 623-533-3980 for additional information.
Uniform Requirements
School uniforms can contribute to overall orderliness and help create an equitable learning environment for our treasures. They are required in our schools. If your family needs assistance obtaining uniforms, please speak to someone at our Welcome Center. We can support and assist you!
