Letter to the Community - January 29, 2024
Dear Tolleson ESD Families & Community;
Kindergarten orientation and registration is in February, and we can’t wait to see the kinder class of 2024 enrolling at our school events from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. on the dates noted below:
- Arizona Desert Elementary School: February 20
- Desert Oasis Elementary School: February 21
- Porfirio H. Gonzales Elementary School: February 22
- Sheely Farms Elementary School: February 26
For children ready for kindergarten who will not be five years of age by August 31 but will be five years of age by December 31, please ask about our kindergarten early entrance program (KEEP). For all the details regarding enrollment, please call our Welcome Center at (623) 533-3980.
Please also note our schools will be closed the following dates:
- February 16, Friday: Professional In-Service Day
- February 19, Monday: Presidents Day
- March 11–15, Monday–Friday: Spring Break
- March 29 and April 1, Monday and Friday: Spring Recess
